Changing without Thinking -Educational Tip

An incident happened just this morning at work. Today's topic is a bit educational for all. Not being prejudiced towards my fellow colleague but just educating the issue in a santai manner. Di tengah kesibukan mengatur rangka tugas on a Saturday morning, sorting my work before the boss' arrival, one fellow user had come and approached me saying that her face had erupted one pimple after using the H20 series for 1 week.

Handling customer intellectually is not in any handbook. I sebenarnya bukan tahu sangat nak cakap dengan tona suara yang lembut, more often suara I lebih kepada berbunyi macam marah (but that's me, i guessed). Berilah masa untuk kulit mengenali produk and get immune to it.

Jerawat timbul disebabkan oleh pores yang tersumbat (your skin has thousands of individual pores - each pore consists of a hair follicle and a sebaceous - or oil producing - gland). Clogging can be a result of:Dead skin cells building up,Bacteria accumulation, Overproduction of oil by the sebaceous gland (the result of hormonal changes- stress, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, birth control pills, or certain medications such as corticosteriods and lithium can act as a trigger), Oily & pore-clogging products - make up, moisturizers, etc. and/or The combination of all the above. Funny huh....when what my colleague bought was the H20 demo pack ???!!!!!? WATER BASED.

Even Murad, a maker of sensitive skincare products, preaches about purging. Murad says : Whenever you begins using a new skin care line, your skin goes through what is called a “Purging Process”. This occurs because the product is actively cleansing and bringing all the impurities to the surface of your skin, which can cause you to break out more. Your skin will also experience some sensitivity and tingling.

Breakouts can be caused by a whole load of reasons such as the dieting (cara permakanan), hectic lifestyle (not enough sleep) irritating cosmetics. So, maybe this breakouts from “purging” is not really one, tiny pimple volcano but instead are your skin’s initial reaction to a new product. After awhile your skin builds up a bit of an immunity to the irritation and the breakouts subside.

With that note, again I want to remind
everybody, do proper background check
on the products you intend to buy, read
& educate your mind about the product
and its ingredient
(because sometime wrongly accussing
the products I stand for might
hurt a friend's feeling).
Don't just change pronto to a new skincare
product just because another
friend looks good using it.
What you did not know is that, she too
had endured "facial reaction" phase
way, way ahead before u started using it.

Like I said, I started this blog to educate and also to promote what I strongly believed would help others. It's not gonna be just sweet facts I gonna write, but also what I have encountered and how to tackled it.

In short, after explaining that to my colleague- she was put at ease automatically. Relieved with my reasoning and quickly (like lightning) asked for my personal H20 Blemish control that I often carries with me in my handbag. Phewwww...... talk about stinge! Borrow lagi..... Hai dik oiii - kan elok you beli the H20 Blemish control if you tau that it works like a miracle.
